What is SKINVIVE?

SKINVIVE by Juvéderm is an injectable facial treatment curated to add hydration directly to the skin. SKINVIVE is a hyaluronic acid filler injection injected into the skin’s dermis. Studies on the acid microdroplet injectable indicated hydrated, refreshed, and healthy skin, specifically for the cheek area.

Since the injectable has been indicated to improve cheek smoothness, plastic surgeons have utilized the first and only hyaluronic acid microdroplet injectable to treat the dermis layer without adding volume.

SKINVIVE increases the natural production of aquaporin, a protein that aids in water flow into and out of cells. Before the procedure, no numbing is required because the hyaluronic gel includes a small amount of the local anesthetic lidocaine to increase comfort from within the skin during the injection.
